Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or made-to-order furniture, items damaged due to misuse, and items without original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
